UK awards success for EMSP tenant
EMSP tenant OCEANIUM is celebrating after winning gold at one of Britain’s most prestigious beauty awards.
We’re looking for a supplier to provide Facilities Management services at EMSP, initially at Malin House, and then additionally at our brand-new property Camas House. It is due to open in October 2025.
The three-year contract will start on 13 January 2025. We’re looking for someone to cover hard and soft FM services including managing the properties and common spaces, as well as tenant liaison.
There's a site visit for potential bidders on Wednesday 18 September.
